6 Ways to 10x Your LinkedIn Growth

In today’s overstimulated age, attention is at a premium. And there’s nothing more valuable than having an audience.

Having an audience is how Alex Lieberman was able to sell Morning Brew for $75 million.

And I’m confident that in the years to come, the difference between those who are successful and those who aren't...

That’s one of the main reasons I’ve decided to go all-in on growing my own personal audience.

In just shy of 6 months I was able to grow my LinkedIn from 0 to 110,723 followers.

In today’s newsletter, I’m going to share with you 6 systems I used to grow my LinkedIn audience.

Now, let’s get back to the 6 systems for massively growing your LinkedIn audience.

System #1 - Stay Consistent

“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” - Bruce Lee

Consistency is the real secret sauce behind success.

And yeah, I know it sounds simple, but here’s the thing…

Simple works.

• Post 2x daily

• Engage with other experts

• Respond to comments

• Make new connections

• Post 2 carousels a week

System #2 - Schedule Posts In Advance

The biggest hack to content creation is to do it in batches. I set aside time every day to create multiple pieces of content.

Then I use Publer to schedule my content in advance.

That way I always have something ready to go, even if I’m feeling “off” one morning, or have other plans on the books.

Make creating content a part of your routine and watch your audience grow rapidly.

System #3 - Leverage AI to 10x Your Engagement

I want to maximize the impact of everything I do.

That’s why I leverage tools and data so I never have to fly blind.

One tool I regularly use is Taplio.

This AI-powered tool auto-suggests responses for comments which can allow you to respond to 100x more people in minutes.

They also have a viral post library for inspiration, and allow you to create custom lists for following and messaging.

Another tool I use is Shield.

This powerful app tracks important metrics so you can eliminate any guesswork.

It gives you access to advanced metrics like content performance, account growth, and even your audience demographics.

System #4 - Turn on Creator Mode

Creator mode is an under-utilized feature that can help you grow your reach and influence on LinkedIn.

Not only do you get access to additional tools and features that help you create content, it also gives you other cool benefits such as:

• The ability to highlight original content

• A way to indicate your focus

• The potential to be featured as a “Suggested Creator”

System #5 - Own Your Audience

While building your LinkedIn following is important, the audience is still “owned” by LinkedIn.

That’s why I recommend trying to move as many of your followers as you can to your newsletter (I use Beehiiv).

Make sure you link your email in your featured section.

Include a high-converting image and caption:

System #6 - Don’t Reinvent the Wheel

There are reasons that posts go viral.

Save viral posts from your favorite creators and replicate their format with your own unique take.

And make sure you follow some legends that can serve as inspiration for what is working right now.
